This Thursday at The Plough, Charfield - Carols with the Wotton Silver Band from 7pm, food by us - Poppy & Boo - from 5pm - 8pm (smash burgers - 100% British beef with our proprietary P & B seasoning, crispy buttermilk chicken or Ultimate No Meat burgers), served in Hobbs House Wild Bun with Swiss cheese, pig in a blanket/halloumi, bubble & squeak, stuffing, cranberry sauce, bacon & a Ross "Moist Maker" (Season 5 ep.9...) and homemade gravy... Poppy & Boo have been pretty quiet on socials over the last few months, but we’ve got plenty to shout about - sorry for the radio silence!!

With the support of SO many people, we've been busy taking over the management of the Beaufort Polo Clubhouse, catering on Jilly Cooper’s (RIP) & the new – both coming out 2026! Hawkesbury Cricket Club and so many fun events for the Beaufort Pony Club (International Tetrathlon Junior Champs and many other brilliant ODE’s) and the Polo Club's tournaments & chukkas obviously!

The Beaufort Polo Club has been so generous and supportive of our new management of the venue. We're sorry to say that Poppy & Boo pizzas won't be at Hawkesbury Village Hall on Wednesdays from today (sorry for the late notice!).

Thank you so much to everyone who's supported us in Hawkesbury through the wind, sleet & snow over the last two years. We wouldn't be here without you!!

We will be doing a range of pop up food at Hawkesbury Cricket Club from this weekend, and various events over the next few months.

Poppy & Boo at the Beaufort Polo Club Clubhouse is launching it's bistro menu this Wednesday!

Come and say hello to the Poppy & Boo team, enjoy a wide range of drinks, including wines curated by Vinotopia, locally roasted ( ) and Poppy & Boo's tasty menu - using quality, local ingredients wherever possible (Badminton's Forbidden Fruit and Veg).

We will initially be open Wednesday to Sunday from 5 pm but watch this space for extending opening hours as we get our feet firmly under the table.

AND... thank you to EVERYONE who came to our soft opening last Sunday. It was great to see you all there, and REALLY appreciated!
