Our Bike of the Week. This is a Claud Butler Urban 200 adult mountain / hybrid bike with 21 speeds (the white framed bike in first picture). Our fabulous volunteers have brought this excellent quality, prestige brand bike back to top condition and is only £95! If that doesn't suit your needs, the Bike Revival team have a good range of bikes from balance bikes for youngsters through to adult road, mountain, & step-through bikes. Children's bikes are usually £25 to £55, and Adult bikes are usually in the £70 to £150 range. All have been refurbished to exacting standards, bringing them back to near new condition. bike revival is open Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10am till 3pm.

Please see the attached information about our Rediscovering Me course, a free six-week wellbeing course designed to help carers reflect, recover and reconnect after loss. The document also includes a short referral form. If you would like to refer someone who may benefit from the course, please complete the form and return it to [email protected]

We recognise that grief has no set timetable. A person's bereavement does not need to be recent for them to benefit from this support. However, for those who have experienced a loss within the last few weeks, it may be too soon, and additional time may be needed before they feel ready to take part.
💚 Because the end of caring should not mean the end of support.

Kind regards
Lisa

Help - We realise money is tight, but as an independent charity we do need people to donate. We do lots for the Rossendale valley residents with various activities for health and wellbeing groups, courses in horticulture and for our catering volunteers, alongside working with the University of Central Lancashire, the NHS, and other local groups. We'd be so grateful for any amount, no matter how small, and you'll be helping so many people in our local community. A huge & heartfelt thank you for anyone who helps. use this link here -
