A lil reminder...
99% of people are lovely, kind and understanding when we are open,busy, and working hard in peak times on hot days. Norfolk is beautiful, so it get busy and we are very privileged to be here.
When its hot and busy there has been a very small amount of customers who dont seem to realise its peak season and we are at full capacity so you may have to be patient and wait a little longer than you would like...not just for our business but ALL hospitality. Be patient when everyone is clearly working hard and the place is heaving. If you have ever worked in hospitality you will get it 😘
We love our jobs and our cafe and work really hard to keep it a positive and joyful place, your support in this really means alot to us 💚 We are a small team and our focus is on fresh food not fast food 🥦
LAST THING regarding reviews...positive reviews really help small business survive. Negative reviews, often without constructive feedback are often not needed and are mean spirited. Just because Google asked you to review a business doesnt mean you have too! Especially if you haven't even visited the business its asking you to review 🫠 (true story it happens!)
