otel restaurant offers a varied and exciting menu to suit all tastes, and a wine list that encompasses everyday and rare wines from both New and Old World vineyards. Both were created for Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild in the 19th Century and for over 100 years were part of the country retreat of the Rothschild family.
