Hi I would like to introduce you to parmo, if you have been teesside you will know about it, for those who don't know it let me tell you about Parmo, or Teesside Parmesan, is a dish originating in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, and a popular item of take-away food in the Teesside area. It consists of a breaded cutlet of chicken topped with a white béchamel sauce and cheese, usually cheddar cheese.
I have been here for two years now and it's time you guys get to taste the popular dish from north east, I have been in this trade for number of years so I know what I am talking about when it comes a parmo.
