Preparations are coming together for this weekend’s Tomato Festival ! We’ve been tasting different tomatoes today in the kitchen. Two tricky ones are what we’re going to use for our snack, Blackcurrant and Tomato Leathers and also our Basil, Tomato and Raspberries Trifle dessert!
We’re also excited to now be working with the brilliant who’ll be providing some of the seafood alongside our crab man and mussels from the Lyme Bay reserve. All should make for a delightful Seafood Stew.
Tickets for food close Wednesday evening so please pick some up if you’re coming along.
