Kimchi is essentially Korean fermented cabbage -similar to sauerkraut but seasoned with garlic, ginger & Korean chilies. Kimchi is the heart and soul of Korean cooking, and delicious with so many things!

Our Sourdough is delivered fresh from artisinal bakery in Broadwindsor. We have a variety of Sourdough Toasties on offer and believe that the secret to a great toastie is certainly down to the bread.
