Job Title: Restaurant Manager
The duties of this post
Main Job responsibilities will include:
• Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures and company policies
• Taking orders over the phone and guiding customers online
• Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
• Dealing with any service issues and communicating with Management and kitchen
• Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
• Recruiting, developing and supervising staff
• Always Ensuring excellent customer service
• Implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations
• Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice about menu choices
• Ordering supplies and overseeing stock levels
• Deciding producing staff rotas and menu
The salary you would guarantee for the post, if it were vacant today.
The salary guarantee for this post would be between £26,000 to £28,000 p.a. depending on the successful candidate’s experience and qualification.
