Cook Wanted – Join Our Family-Run Café Team

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our friendly kitchen team at our family-run café.

We pride ourselves on serving great food in a welcoming environment, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, works well as part of a team, and enjoys being part of a busy café kitchen.

What we offer

- 5-day working week
- Excellent rate of pay
- Daily and monthly share of gratuities
- Staff meal whilst on duty
- 28 days’ holiday per calendar year
- Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day as paid holidays — included within your allocated 28 days
- Uniform can be provided
- Friendly, supportive family-run working environment

What we’re looking for

- Previous kitchen/cook experience preferred
- A positive attitude and good team-working skills
- Reliable, hardworking and organised
- Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Good attention to food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Food Hygiene Level 1 & Level 2 certificates required

Just a heads up that the Cafe and takeaway will be closed this Saturday 1st August as we are attending the wedding of our friends Lewis Brackenridge and Jo Corrigan

Both Cafe and takeaway will reopen as normal on Sunday 2nd August

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Chef to join our friendly team at Route 7 Cafe in Aviemore.

📍 Position: Café Assistant⏰ Hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-4pm📅 5 days per week (including some weekend work)
