✨ A New Chapter at Brew & Bia ✨

Hi everyone! As most of you know but for those of you who don’t,I’m Briar, the new co-owner of Brew & Bia ☕️✨

With over 12 years of experience in hospitality, I’ve done a bit of everything from busy pubs to planning beautiful weddings, even selling Sri Lankan curry on a beach! And I’m so excited to pour all of that into this new chapter 🥹

I’ve lived in Augher for three years now, and becoming part of this community has genuinely meant so much to me. Being welcomed with such warmth has made taking on brew & bia even more special 💛

I’m so lucky to have been welcomed into this community with open arms. Working in brew & bia has given me the opportunity to meet amazing people and build lovely relationships with our locals which is something I’m truly grateful for. So to now be able to call myself the owner is scary but so very rewarding 🤍

Thank you to everyone who has supported myself and brew & bia so far, your kindness and warm welcomes mean more than you know. I can’t wait to share what’s coming next!

Here’s to great coffee, good food, and an exciting new chapter together🫶🏼

Say hi to Éabha our lovely front-of-house superstar! 🌸

Éabha has been with us from the very start and is a key part of the team and always brings a smile to the café (and to everyone she serves!) ☺️

Her favourite drink is an iced americano with oat milk and a different syrup each day 😝, and when it comes to food, she’s all about our tried and trusted tater tots!

Éabha says the best thing about brew & bia is the lovely compliments from our customers,and the good vibes both the team and our customers bring which make it such a special place to work. 🩷

Say hi to Michaela ,our friendly front of house star who keeps the coffee flowing and the smiles coming.

She’s already made such a big impact since starting with us last year, bringing positive energy, warmth, and hard work to every shift.

Michaela is the welcoming face you’ll see at the counter, crafting your coffees with care, sharing laughs, and making sure everyone feels right at home the moment they walk through the door. ☕️🩷

Her go-to drink is a flat white (though she also loves making a good latte to show off her art 😉), and her favourite menu pick is the fully loaded avo toast 🥑🥓

Michaela loves that no two days are the same at Brew + Bia, and she’s always up for a chat with our lovely customers. 🌸

👨‍🍳 Stephen – Our Executive Head Chef 👨‍🍳

Say hello to Stephen — the creative force behind the kitchen at Brew + Bia! With over 18 years of culinary experience, he brings a passion for good food, great flavours, and a whole lot of heart to everything he cooks. 💛

Stephen has worked alongside several award-winning chefs (including some who’ve appeared on The Great British Menu!), blending refined techniques with the comforting, hearty flavours we all love.

Before joining us, he served as Sous Chef at a Michelin Guide-listed gastropub and went on to lead kitchens as Head Chef in a number of acclaimed restaurants. Now happily based in Augher, Stephen loves being part of the local community — especially working with the amazing people and produce this area has to offer. 🌿

His go-to order? Our smashed beef patty burger served with a side tater tots, best enjoyed with a smooth flat white. ☕️
