I can bake Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan cakes on request. Even though every effort is made to stop cross contamination, please note these will be baked in the same kitchen where cakes that contain Gluten, Wheat and Dairy are baked.

My lovely daughter Jenna has just called in on her way home from Manchester with a box of donuts for us 🥰
The one on the left is Tiramisu
The other one a chocolate ganache.
It was a very difficult decision which one to leave for John.

When after a 3 day baking frenzy and a morning cleaning down your kitchen you want a quick easy but still comforting dinner what do you make??

I went for what we call Corned Beef Hash.......we all have our own versions.
Ours is buttery mash with crumbled Lancashire cheese and chunks of corned beef stirred through , drizzled with brown sauce and topped with buttery peas and leeks 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Took less than 20 minutes and went down a treat.

So full menu for tomorrow's Artisan Market 10 till 1pm at Audley Pensioners’ Village Hall .
Carrot/ginger/walnut cake.
Coffee/walnut tray bake.
Apple crumble pies.
Chocolate/caramel/white choc chip cuppies.
Fresh Strawberry cuppies.
Chocolate peanut butter squares.
Cheesecake filled brioche rolls with raspberry jam.
And there might be a Cinnamon Swirl Scone cake, the first attempt is in the bin 🙈 😭.
A Gluten Free cake which will be baked separately in the morning.🌄

No matter what the weather brings I'm feeling Autumny 🍁🍂🍁.
It's time to start adding warm cosy flavours to my cake list.....Carrot/ginger/walnut cake,
Apple Crumble Pies
And a new Cinnamon Roll Scone cake recipe I'm dying to try out.

Come on, we've all got one of these spice mixes we bought home from greece lurking at the back of the cupboard 😅.
