Hi everyone 😘❤️
Been a very long haul for Anjali's Nimto🫣 and mind it feels awful not doing what we love the most 😩
In this quite time we have been working on our menu and we have added and re arranged our Christmas menu as there’s already been a lot of query regarding this🎄🎅 so thought we have it on today 🙂

It wasn’t easy to put what our lovely customers have loved this many years 😘🥳as there’s so many favourites 🙈

Well now it’s here.. we would look forward to your orders for sure.❤️👏🏻
The menu is for the Eve and Hogmanay only
The 24th of Dec and 31st of Dec
PS: can also to taken chilled for the Christmas Day and the New year and can reheated at home 🏠

Apologies for our irregularities after summer 🙏🥳 We have been trying to sort few things in the house after our long summer holiday which might take some time unfortunately 😩
We will try and be back with our cooking as soon as we can although we can’t say for certain when we are going to back.. it can take a week or more than two weeks.

Monday menu for Saturday. I know it’s very late today to be posting the menu 😅just trying to get used to the routine 🫣😅

This week's region that we are going to revisit is UTTAR Pradesh but with a different menu

This region is one of the biggest region in India and one of the largest producer of sugar in the world 😳😋.Their cuisine is based on two different types Mughlai and Awadhi. Mughlai is derived from the Iranian cuisines and Awadhi is influenced by the Middle East cuisines. Uttar Pradesh has a variety of different vegetrains and non vegertains dishes. So we are going to get few dishes from both cuisines and we hope it's going to tingle your taste buds😋

So the menu for this week is here 🙂

(SOME OF THE DISHES HERE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TRIED BEFORE SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK US WITH ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW)

Starter: ONION BHAJJI

(Thinly sliced onion mixed with aajwain (carom seeds) and bit of coriander leaves and fresh ginger and garlic paste is mixed with Gram flour and deep fried in the vegetable oil is served with sauce )

Main:AWADHI LAMB CURRY £20.50

(very Traditional style lamb curry marinated in in a home blend spices and cooked in yoghurt )

OR

CHICKEN PASSANDA £19.50

(Tender Chicken marinated in yogurt and cooked in almond and cream homeblend spices)

OR

CHICKEN BHOJPURI £19.50

( Tender chicken cooked in traditional way with whole garlic, chillies and tomatoes with mixed spice)

OR

(PLEASE REMEMBER THE VEGGIE DISHES ARE SERVED IN TWO ROUND TUBS ONE IS CURRIED AND THE OTHER COULD BE DRY FRY)

Main: Veggie1 PANEER FRY CHILLI £18.50

AND

DAAL FRY ( Toor daal yellow lentil cooked in creamy garvy with our very own home blend masala) £18.50

Dessert: Kheer £5

Indian rice pudding with milk and cashew and raisins )

Tawa Kulcha (Indian flat bread)£2

Poppadums with onion chutney (optional) £2

Kachember Salad (Optional)£2

Raita: (Thinly sliced carrot, cucumber, mintand green chilli whisked with plain youghurt and a bit of raisins is added for the sweetness) (Optional)£3

Our Two course meal comes with a Starter and Main with a box of Basmati rice

I have the last minute meal today with the first day of opening after about 8 weeks🤯😳

Just one veggie (daal makhani and aloo GOBI )

Good evening all❤️💕

Wow! That was a very lonnnggg break for us and have absolutely loved not cooking for some time 🙈😜

To be honest it has also been so boring without a busy kitchen 😳🤯

Now that we are back from this week we would love to bring back what we tried and tasted back home from India 🇮🇳

So here we are

Starter: SAMOSA CHOLA

Homemade Samosa served with curried pigeon pea on the side

Main: CHICKEN CHILLI 🌶️ £19.50

Indo Chinese Chicken cooked in soy sauce,tomato sauce, green chilli sauce and red chilli sauce with mixed peppers

OR

Main: LAMB KOSHA £20.50

Slow cooked lamb made with home made Bengali Garam Masala and potatoes

OR

Main: CHICKEN MASALA £19.50

Tender chicken cooked in ghee and tomatoes based sauce with cream and a bit of homemade spices

OR

Main: DAAL MAKHANI £18.50

Slow cooked Black lentil for good few hours in a low heat with butter and cream

And

ALOO GOBI

Potatoes and cauliflower sauteed in cumin seeds with bit of coriander powder

Dessert: Rice pudding Indian style £5.00

What a treat this morning from SoulySweet who’s also our neighbour❤️🫶🏼…so excited for their new venture❤️🥳..
There are so many quality baking items from sourdough focaccia to bread and brownies 🤤🤤to choose from and it’s gone in a blink of an eye 🫣🥳
Their hut is open on Sundays only but can be pre ordered once advertised during the week 💕
So hurry and grab yours !!

While we are back from our holiday and relaxing 😎 we thought we would share some pictures of the catering we did weeks ago..
This was a big party for someone’s 80th birthday..🎂
It was an amazing event with great positive feedback..

Hello lovely people ❤️
It has actually been so so loooooooonnnnngggg 🫣🤯since we’ve been back..we’ve been super busy with private catering, Markets, Farmfood and of course our much awaited long holiday to India 🇮🇳..
It’s been all fantastic to be away and recharge our food battery😅😂
We’ve tried so many street food this time that we’ve put few extra kilos to our bellies 🙈😜
Visiting India is always a different experience each time especially in regard to food as so much have changed ..there is so much improvised form of doing it but we all went to our traditional ways and didn’t bother about where is was cooked or how oily it was 🤯😂 we just want to gobble everything 😳🤤

We will be bringing loads of new and different dishes to Anjali's Nimto soon..
We will let you know when we are back with our Saturday meal soon.❤️🥳

Before we go on a long break this summer..we would like to say a HUGE Thank you to all our lovely customers and well wishers who has kept this amazing page going 💕😘🥰

Our year so far has been so so busy especially June and we are feeling it now 🤯😳🥰🙈.
This year has been incredibly busy, especially throughout June, and we’re definitely feeling it now! 🤯😳🥰🙈 What started as a small passion has continued to grow because of each and every one of you, and for that we are truly grateful.

We’re looking forward to taking some time to recharge, spend precious moments with our families, and come back refreshed and ready to serve you again.

Thank you for being part of our journey, for every order, every recommendation, every kind word, and for supporting our small business. We couldn’t have done it without you ❤️
