Are you a driven B2B sales professional who loves food, hospitality, and building real partnerships?
We’re looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of Solent Ice Cream Company across the South Coast.
This isn’t just selling ice cream.
This is building a brand.
From artisan cafés and farm shops to pubs, restaurants, events, golf clubs and wholesale partners — you’ll take our premium range to market and expand our footprint across the region.

🚀 The Role
You will:
• Drive new B2B account acquisition
• Grow and manage key wholesale relationships
• Develop event & mobile catering partnerships
• Identify seasonal opportunities and new sales channels
• Work closely with production and marketing to scale the brand
• Own your pipeline and hit ambitious but achievable targets
You’ll be given autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact.

Location: Ashurst / New Forest base with regional travel across the South Coast.
