First up this Oktoberfest is a Cask Kellerbier from our local friends Wakey Wakey Brew Co & Trail Brew Co.
Schalfwandler is a Malt-forward Kellerbier built on Barke Pilsner and Munich malt, bringing fresh bread, honey and lightly toasted malt character. Traditional Spalter Select hops add gentle herbal, floral and earthy notes, with a clean bitterness keeping the finish crisp, lively and seriously drinkable. Naturally hazy, unfined and unfiltered.
get this along with all other festbiers in halfs, pints or Maß(stein)
