If you have submitted your forms and have not received a response from your section manager, it is likely that they have not been received. As a result, you will not be booked in.

🛍️ Trade stand applications are now closed, but you can still join the waiting list.

⛺ Camping is strictly for exhibitors only and is now FULLY BOOKED.

🎟️ Visitor tickets are still on sale! We will once again be operating a daily site capacity in 2026, with a limited number of tickets available for each day. We expect tickets to sell out in advance, so book early to avoid disappointment.

🎟️ SMARDEN BABY & TODDLER GROUP RAFFLE 🎟️

We need your support!

Smarden Baby & Toddler Group is a much-loved local group that provides a friendly, welcoming space for families with young children. The group runs every Tuesday during term time from 9.30am–11.00am and costs just £3.50 per session, including a snack for the children.

The group is run entirely by volunteers who generously give up their time to keep it going, but rising costs mean we need to raise funds to help secure its future and prevent it from closing.

That’s why we’re holding a raffle with some fantastic prizes: See photo for more info

Whilst we gather up all of the amazing photos from our Family Fun Day and get ready to say a huge thank you to everyone, we wanted to share some exciting news about another event we have coming up!

After the first one was such a success, we’ve organised our 2nd Golf Day at London Beach in Tenterden!

For just £45 you can enjoy a bacon roll and a hot drink before heading out for 18 holes on London Beach’s brilliant course!

If the food and golf hadn’t quite convinced you, hopefully the fact that all of the money spent comes back to our amazing Football Club will! Through the London Beach Scheme, we get 100% of the money raised given back to the club!

Whether you’re an avid golfer or up for trying something new, please get in touch to book your place now!
