I’ve had a very special cake to do this week…my sisters birthday cake 🪞 it was lovely to have free rein and incorporate her favourite things and children on this cake, it turned out beautifully! Better than I even imagined it & her reaction was priceless! Absolutely want to do more cakes like this please! My first time making hand piped roses too & my first oval cake!

Inside was a white forest cake - vanilla sponges with white chocolate buttercream & morello cherry filling, finished with vanilla bean buttercream.

What do we all think of this one?

Who is excited for Bake Off tonight?!!! I know I am!!!

It’s always so entertaining and definitely gives me some great ideas…also annoys my partner who literally wants to stick pins in his eyes whilst it’s on 🤣🤣🤣 but after all the bloody wheeler dealers, car sos & bangers and cash that he’s put me through, this is the least he can do for me!! Who agrees? Also who needs a sweet treat whilst watching bake off? Maybe we should open the shed on Tuesdays too? 🤣🍰🩷

Both are in the shed now! Open until 8pm!
