Meet Mays cheese of the month, Devon Sage

Handcrafted in small batches exclusively for Country Cheeses, this beautifully balanced cheese is as eye-catching as it is delicious. Flecked with aromatic sage and wrapped in its signature vibrant green wax, it’s a true standout on any cheeseboard.

Rich, creamy, and subtly herbaceous, Devon Sage melts like a dream, making it just as perfect in a golden toasted sandwich as it is served simply with crackers.
