Instead of getting annoyed, I decided to get the paintbrush out and freshen it up 🙌🏻

So here's me painting with the world's smallest paintbrush 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

Last Saturday saw another great quiz come and go. The great British pub quiz was a huge success 🙌🏻 Thank you to all the teams and well done to the winners with an impressive 92 points out of 120!

Another special well done to Gary, who won the £150 bar tab in our raffle! The next round is on you 😉

We move on to the next quiz, and as it falls on the 4th of July, we thought it only fitting to do a quiz on the USA. We are now accepting bookings for this quiz, so please book quickly to avoid disappointment. This will be our last quiz before the summer break ☀️

Cider Upgrade 📈📈

Our cider range for the weekend just got upgraded. Two new ciders on the bar to try, and a pre-warning: these ciders are not for the faint-hearted 🫣

Lilley's Cider 🍏🍎

Crazy Goat 6.8% 🐐
A medium sweet mix of a cider and perry, hazy yellow/golden cloudy cider. This has been expertly blended to give a mouth watering, juicy flavour and deceptive in its taste for the strength.

Gladiator 8.4% ⚔️
This strong rustic cider with its Roman flair has everything. Well rounded, fruity, packed full of flavour and intoxicatingly easy to drink for an 8.4% cider. Medium.

Come give them a try over the weekend if you dare 😏

You've almost drunk us dry of Poretti 🫣 67 pints in 1 night to be exact! We weren't expecting it to be THAT popular. We only had 1 barrel in stock! So we may run out today. Sorry 🤯 We will have an emergency delivery on Monday.

⚠️ NEW MENU ⚠️

Here is our summer menu for 2026, a little later than planned 🫣 🗓️ ☀️

We've tried to go with more of a 'bar snack' menu, moving away from big meals to lighter, smaller options 😊 🥨 🍟

We will also be running a specials menu starting next week. Trying to get all your requests on this menu was hard 😅 📝 😋

If you have dietary requirements, please make the staff aware when you order, and we will do our utmost best to accommodate you 👌🏻 🗣️ 🍽️

Hopefully, we will see you all over the weekend to give it a try! 🍻 👋 🥳
