Day 2: Prepping for our biggest order yet ☺️

I genuinely loved prepping for this order — it pushed me creatively and taught me so much along the way 🙌🏽

I was really happy with how the main wedding cake turned out, but if I’m being honest, I was a little disappointed with the cake slices. Because of limited fridge space, the weight of the cakes affected the sponge texture massively.

Still learning, still growing, and already thinking about how to make the next one even better 😁

One of my favourite wedding bakes to date ✨
It was different, it was challenging… and that gradient purple? Absolutely stunning!😍

2 wedding cakes. 1 day.

I was beyond excited to create both of these — not just because they were a challenge, but because moments like this are rare and special. With my baby joining me for every holiday after this summer, days like these feel extra meaningful 🥹
