Products we’re loving this month..
🌶️ brand new to us is Lamiri Harissa the most amazing smoky, spicy flavour and it smells heavenly - by far the BEST harissa we’ve ever tried! Used in our harissa chicken small plate and our squash & spinach borek small plate
🍋 a firm favourite of ours is Citizens of Soil — Extra Virgin Olive Oils olive oil, if the branding and packaging alone doesn’t bring you in the flavour is insane. We love their Greek extra virgin olive oil which is the main oil we use when cooking all of our dishes, but brand new to us is their Spanish extra virgin and the lemon & basil oils. The basil in particular is amazing, so fresh and the perfect tomato salad topper!
🧋we felt like our drinks syrups needed a glow up and Sip Syrup were a perfect match! Using real ingredients and bringing the perfect amount of sweetness to our coffees and matchas without being too much, the vanilla is a favourite in our iced white chocolate mocha!
