SPRING '26

Blue skies and sunshine have finally arrived and so has our Spring menu.

Derbyshire Hogget Barnsley Chop is served in various ways..

Black garlic glazed loin
Murguez sausage
Lamb jus with tapioca pearls
Smoked goats curd
Wye valley asparagus
Lemon gel

The fillets are served tartare style with hot sauce and wild garlic flowers - all on top of dehydrated tempura shiso leaf.

Our DEEP WINTER '26 is soon coming to an end and here are our beautiful dessert courses.

Yorkshire Rhubarb, with blackcurrant meringue and coconut sorbet acts as the perfect pallet cleanser.

The 'FINAL' as we call it is a sumptuous apple pave topped with apple crumble ice cream, with a cheeky apple doughnut on the side for good measure..

Our parting shot is our Petit Fours, a stunning 'S'mores' tartlet with a tutti frutti jelly... Simply delicious.. we have still have some availability this week if you want to try - visit the website to book 💜💜💜

Our Deep Winter '26 menu brings a stunning main course featuring salt aged pork chop.

Beautifully cooked over fire as always, this stunning creation from our head chef is perfect for those cold rainy nights. It's not only deep in flavour but also truly comforting. The chop is served with a glazed cheek, toasted yeast hollandaise and Karashi mustard.

You have a couple of weeks to try before we head into Spring '26 - the menu is on the horizon so keep an eye out 💜
