The Parsons Table was conceived four years prior to it's December 2015 opening over numerous bottles of good wine with family on a warm summer evening in the wine region of British Columbia, Canada. Lee & Liz Parsons have worked in the UK & Canada in some of the leading hotels and hospitality companies for the past 20 years since their meeting at Claridge's Hotel, London. It's a strong team ethic

with a focus on the entire dining experience that makes the Parsons Table a special place where guests like to return. It's about creating great flavours on each plate without compromise. A warm welcome, delicious food, a balanced wine list and friendly but discreet service.

We were lucky to have stayed on Sunday night for Lee’s birthday. A great Sunday lunch (their last of the season) with a delicious bottle of their Blanc de Noir followed by a wonderful and relaxed night in one of their vineyard lodges. Breakfast delivered in a hamper and enjoyed on the deck, was a definite highlight and perfect start to the day. Thanks to the Tinwood team for a fabulous stay! And cheers to for helping me organise it.

It’s the end of January….finally! Pay day is just around the corner and dry/damp January is almost over (for those of you who made it!). So back by by popular demand is our tenth year of winter blues ‘Wine Wednesday’! Book a table for dinner quoting ‘WW’, grab that special bottle or two you’ve been saving for a special occasion, and come and dine with us. Why wait any longer!

UPDATE : ALL SOLD! But watch this space in case of more changes!

We haven’t opened for Sunday lunch in a number of years but this week we decided to bring it back for one week only! We’ve been full for a while, however received a cancellation today for 2 guests at 1pm! Email me (Liz) directly on [email protected] to snap it up!! All the OGs will be serving you with grace, smiles and banter. We can’t wait!

Happy 10th Birthday TPT! We cannot believe we’ve made it to this milestone. The last few years have had their challenges but we’re here and we still love what we do!! We set out to serve good food with good service and I think we’ve done that with consistency and quality. Thank you to all our wonderful guests and fantastic suppliers….and to our fabulous team past and present, we literally couldn’t do it without you.

The weather is turning, the kids are going back to school, it’s time to talk Christmas! This year we will be open for an a la carte Sunday Lunch on December 21st. You will need to contact us directly to book your table…a fab way to start your Christmas festivities! We will also be open on Christmas Eve for lunch and dinner, you can book online for this now. After this we will be closed to spend time with our families reopening on the 6th Jan. Also keep an eye out for our 10 yr Anniversary celebration which will be at the end of November.
