The four stages of making superb curly Kale crisps. It only takes an hour in the airfryer dehydration setting, (not 8 hours).

I strip the leaves and rough tear them, add a big glug of Olive oil and salty spices..mix well and put into the trays of the cooker, set on dehydrate, and an hour later, gorgeous crunchy crisps. I am going to have a go at fig leaves next and see what happens!
