Thank you to all of our supporters 🙏

'The Barony Wellbeing Café has been a vital lifeline for many people'

28/08/2026

So sad to close our Barony Wellbeing Café today…hopefully not for long 🤞
A huge thank you to Avril for being the life and soul of the place, and Liz and all the volunteers for helping out. It’s been a rollercoaster of a year and it’s been heart warming to hear how much our cafe and wellbeing activities have helped our local community.
We will continue to look for funding to reopen again as soon as possible. Many thanks to NAC’s Mental Health Champion, Cllr Jean McClurg and local MP Irene Campbell who have both offered to help us to obtain future funding. Stay well and keep smiling. X
We shall return! ☕️ 🍰 ❤️

Sad week for us as we close to the public on Friday 28th. Please pop in to say goodbye and if you can bring a wee letter to say how the cafe helped you, we’d appreciate it.

'We just didn’t have enough regular footfall to make the café financially viable' 😢
