A date for your calendar! 🤠🌞

Dust off your cowboy boots and head to the Applecross Walled Garden on Sunday 21st June for our Country Cross Gathering, a summer solstice celebration filled with live music, good vibes, and local talent.

Enjoy performances from local musicians (and all their band variations!), plus food, drinks, and kids’ activities throughout the day.

🎟 Entry £10 on the door
👧 Kids under 12 go free
🤠 £7 entry for anyone in country attire!

NO SUNDAY BRUNCH THIS SUNDAY 24th.

Sorry there will be no Sunday brunch this weekend I’m afraid! We have a staff shortage partly due to Bronwyn and Anthony doing the Edinburgh half marathon in aid of the UK sepsis trust.
Bronwyn is suffering from a cold and cough so will be extra tough for her! Please send them good luck thoughts and or a donation 🤣.

We’re finalists… 🌿

We’re delighted to share that the Applecross Walled Garden has been named a finalist in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2026 for Best Cafe ✨

Over the past 25 years, we’ve slowly transformed what was once a neglected historic space into a living garden filled with flowers, food, wildlife, locals, visitors, and so many wonderful memories.

A huge thank you to our hardworking team, our local community, and the lifelong friends from near and far who have all become part of the garden’s story 🌿

Our our very own Bronwyn and Anthony are running the Edinburgh half marathon in two weeks time.
It’s in aid of the UK sepsis trust and in memory of Bethany Walker. Bethany was 18 years old when we lost her 8 years ago to this horrible illness. She was daughter to our amazing gardener Heather and best friend to our daughter Bronwyn.
If you can please support this amazing charity!

Head to the hall tonight to support talented local musicians! 🎶

A reminder that this Easter Weekend we are pleased to have The Pinny Band playing onstage in Applecross Hall for the first time tonight.
Doors and Hall Bar will be open from 8pm with music starting at 8.30pm. Lynn will be leading on vocals but with an array of instruments including Sean on fiddle and Donald Murdoch playing the box, there is also the chance for the boys playing for a ceilidh dance or two if folk should wish.
