Retail Customer Service Assistant – Part-Time

THIS OPPORTUNITY DOESN’T SUITS FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Customer Service Assistant to join our convenience store team.

Position: Part-Time
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Hours: Flexible – applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.

Main duties may include:

Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

Operating the till and handling cash/card payments

Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays

Checking stock and keeping the shop well organised

Keeping the store clean and tidy

Receiving and organising deliveries

Providing excellent customer service

Carrying out other general shop duties as required

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, flexible and able to work well as part of a team.

Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential, as training can be provided.
