Well, isn't this just the most amazing thing? I did not think it was possible to improve on our wonderful blondies, brownies and flapjacks, but adding ice cream or clotted cream really makes it special.

What makes them so special? If you have had one you will know how lovely and buttery they are in the middle. With the ice cream a little indulgence becomes truly decadent.

The menu is super simple (paninis, breakfasts, and chips) and easy to learn. No professional chef background needed!

Hey everyone! We are looking for a reliable, friendly face to join our small team at MOTea and Coffee Cafe in Hurstbourne Tarrant to handle our weekend shifts and help cover staff absences.

This role is absolutely suitable for students looking for a steady part-time gig that fits perfectly around college or university schedules!

Hours: Friday afternoon/evening, Saturday day/evening, and Sunday day.

You will be the sole cook running our kitchen during these shifts. Don't worry—the menu is super simple, straightforward, and easy to learn! Think classic full breakfasts, perfectly pressed paninis, and something with chips. No complicated chef experience required, just a knack for keeping things moving during the weekend breakfast and lunch rushes.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly & Reliable: Ready to own the kitchen on weekends and step in to help cover team holidays or sickness when available.
• Independent: Happy running the kitchen space solo and keeping it clean and tidy.
• Comfortable with basics: Happy using a griddle, panini press, and fryer (full training will be given!).

Have you tried our coronation chicken sandwich? It is fabulous and gets so much love! We have a special coronation chicken sauce that we make fresh for each sandwich (from an old family recipe). Our sandwiches are served with a small salad and freshly made coleslaw. Add a portion of chips or a packet of Burts crisps to make it a meal.
