I hope you are all missing The Dandelion Kitchen cakes while I am away on summer break?! Not long to wait now, cakes will very soon be back in the shops! Pop along to Enham village stores, Abbott’s Ann shop, Goodworth Clatford village shop, Weyhill Farm shop, West Thytherley village shop from 12th September for a lovely fresh delivery! I can almost smell them cooking................!!

Hope you are enjoying my new mini round cakes? 4 inches wide and very tall, great if you are on your own! Look out for new ‘Blondies’ out this week! The shape and texture is like a brownie, but it tastes just like a chocolate chip cookie, soft inside and firmer round the edges!! Stuffed with yummy Belgium chocolate!!

The summer is well and truly in full swing, and I have been having some family holiday time. Now the snow is gone, spring is trying to jump in. Time for after tea and cake! This week have a slice of lovely St Clements cake or a square of caramel coconut. With Mother's Day round the corner, pop along to Enham stores who have a lovely special order of Mother's Day filled shortbread.
