I was absolutely delighted and honoured to create this beautiful chocolate birthday cake for a very special 60th birthday celebration. ❤️

Layers of rich chocolate cake, filled with fresh mascarpone cream and our homemade strawberry coulis, topped with fresh strawberries, chocolate and lots of love. 🍓🍫

It was an absolute pleasure to make this cake, and I hope you had the most wonderful birthday filled with love, laughter and beautiful memories. 🥂✨
