So today is about making mini strawberries out of fondant for a jellycat order…
Even though it’s only six mini Victoria sponges a lot of prep has to go into any orders and especially ones with fondant work.
This is why they are more expensive than going to Tesco’s, fresh ingredients, all the prep work, cost of packaging, ribbons, business cards allergen & ingredient labels, piping bags, cake cases, and my time, it all adds up. 😊
