• harissa-spiced lamb belly, homemade flatbread, whipped feta, pickled red onion & rocket

• Hawkshead Hall Farm lamb chops — reared by Shaun less than a mile away within the village (we can see them from the door), butchered in-house & served with harissa mayo.

Easter prep has officially started… aka 🍪 testing and tasting

We may have eaten too many before getting a proper photo… but that’s a good sign, right?

Oh, and there’s a new cocktail behind the bar! Fully taste-tested too & it went down just as easy as the cookies!🍸🍽️
