Legend has it that in 19th-century Yorkshire, a customer walked into a hotel and asked for “a big chop, a real chop… a Barnsley chop.”🍽️
🇬🇧The name stuck, and so did the reputation. Today, the Barnsley Chop remains one of the most impressive cuts of lamb you’ll find—cut across the whole lamb saddle, creating a generous double-loin chop that’s prized for its tenderness and flavour.
And yes, ours tastes as good as it looks! 😉
Our chef’s take is served with:
