Hummingbird Amble Update: Please Read.
It’s crazy to think we started chapter 3 two years ago and it’s more crazy to think that we’ve been open in the new site for 20 months and we’ve changed the cocktail menu over 100 times (much to the dismay of Becca).
But as the business grows, we’ve had to make the decision to close Hummingbird Amble from the end of September. With Grounded moving production sites and the business focusing more on being a drinks brand than a hospitality brand, we had to make a tough decision but it’s the right one.
There’s nothing negative going on, just with Hummingbird Drinks now growing into a national brand, our time needs to be focused on that side of the business! But this isn’t the last time you will see us!! Due to us not being tied to the bar, expect more pop ups, events and takeovers. Both in Amble and further afield! So you’re not getting rid of us…. Not even slightly!
Get the 26th of September in your diary for our closing party! Music, more seats, food from Copper Rice Box and some cocktails from the past, present and future!
