📣just an little announcement that we will be closing at 2pm this Saturday coming as the amazing The Colony Music Festival returns🎶💃📣
Please use the toilets the colony provides for the festival unless you are a customer to the tearooms as we only have one toilet☺️
We would also really appreciate it if gazebos and tents were located where the colony has marked out on this map so that the opening of the tearooms isn’t blocked off🥰

🎉 COLONY FESTIVAL IS BACK! 🎉
Get ready for an amazing day out! Colony Festival returns on Saturday 4th July. We are a free event funded entirely by donations, sponsors, and our incredible volunteers.
Here is everything you need to know before you head down:
🕒 Timings & Location
* Entertainment starts: 12:00pm.
* Festival closes: 8:00pm.
* Address: Harbour Road, Amble, Northumberland, NE65 0AP.
* Road Closure: The main field gate is locked from 11:00am to 8:00pm. No traffic can enter or leave during this time. Only vendors, staff and crew will have traffic on main field and access must be kept clear for emergency.
⛺ Tents & Windbreakers
* Setup starts from 11:00am only. Please allow vendors and volunteers time to set up.
* Space is limited. Please if possible bring your deck chairs but leave wind breaks, gazebos and tents at home. If bringing see a hi-vis steward to find a spot (you may be placed in the top field).
🚗 Parking & Transport
* Parking is right next to the festival area (separated for safety).
* Parking charges apply.
* Please follow all steward instructions.
* Respect our neighbours and keep noise down when leaving.
🚫 Important Festival Rules
* NO GLASS ON SITE.
* NO FIRES OR BBQS.
* NO DRONES or remote-controlled vehicles.
* No smoking inside or near buildings, marquees, or tents.
* No dangerous behaviour: No moshing, crowd surfing, or mud sliding.
* Zero tolerance: Anti-social behaviour or littering will result in removal.
* Deck chairs: Welcome, but please take them home with you.
🐾 Dogs
* Dogs are welcome!
* Must be kept on a lead at all times.
* Clean up after your pet.
🔞 Age Restrictions & Safety
* Under 18s must be with an adult guardian.
* Under 18s caught drinking will be removed along with their guardian.
* Challenge 25 is in place at the bars. Bring valid ID.
* Child wristbands: Grab one at the DJ/Information stand to write your contact details on.
🍔 Food, Drink & Fun
* Full draught bar on site.
* Food truck, hot drinks, donuts, and ice cream.
* Fairground rides and face painting.
* Both cash and card are accepted.
* You can bring your own food and drink (no glass!), but please support our local vendors!
🚻 Toilets & First Aid
* Main toilets: Located in the rear field.
* Disabled toilet: Located in the main area next to side of stage.
* First Aid tent: Located next to the stage near the b**r tent.
🎒 Lost Property
* Take care of your belongings.
* Found items go to the Radcliffe b**r tent during the event.
* After the event, items move to the Radcliffe Club. Contact: 01665 710406.
