One of our favourite specials from September.
Proper old-school Italian cooking. The kind of dish you don’t see on menus much anymore.
It might not be the prettiest, but it was an absolute banger.
It’s easy to put the crowd-pleasers on, but making room for dishes like this is kind of the whole point of having a specials board.
rigatoni, fegatini di pollo (chicken livers), pancetta, marsala, sage & parmesan.
