This weekend we’re heading back to and we’ve got some really exciting coffee to launch there!
All 3 of these Colombian beans have been imported directly through our friend Santiago from .coffee.co through relationships he has with producers.
3 examples of different processing, 1 washed, 1 coferment, and one that is a bit… different.
The third coffee comes from producer Wilton Benitez on his farm Granja El Paraiso-92 in Cauca. If you’ve not heard of Wilton before, he is renowned for growing unique coffee varietals and pioneering processing methods, and this one is no different. A yeast inoculated, double anaerobic, thermal shocked Yellow Bourbon. It’s honestly incredible.
We’ve also got a washed Pink Bourbon from producer Brayan Smith, and a couple of fruity co-ferments (Stawberry and Mango) from Jairo Arcila on offer over the weekend that we’ve sourced though so make sure you stop off and see us this weekend in Liverpool!
