A sneak peek at our new shop inside Warrington Market

The new space is taking shape fast, and we hope to open the doors within the next couple of weeks.

This space has been designed from the ground up to make you feel at home, and provide the best coffee experience possible.

Once open, our original market location will transition exclusively into our dedicated coffee roastery and takeaway espresso bar.

We’re running a Mango Co-ferment as a flash brew on the bar today. It’s sweet, incredibly clean, and tastes exactly like fresh mango juice with a crisp coffee finish.

By brewing a concentrated handbrew directly over ice, we lock in all those vibrant, juicy top notes without diluting the body.

Recipe:
- 20g Mango Co-ferment (medium/fine)
- 150g hot water
- 2-minute brew time
- Pour directly over a glass of fresh ice to flash chill.

After UV sterilization and a primary anaerobic fermentation with yeast, the coffee undergoes a secondary anaerobic fermentation with koji for an incredible 336 hours. Dual thermal shocks lock in its jaw-dropping flavo.
