🍂🌿 GOOD FOOD, LOCAL PRODUCE & A LITTLE CHRISTMAS IDEA! 🎄

We’re back open on Wednesday, and we thought we’d share a little more about what goes into the food we serve here at The Dunham Barn. ❤️

We’re passionate about good-quality ingredients, homemade food and supporting local businesses wherever we can.

🥕 Fresh seasonal vegetables from suppliers including Organic North

🍞 Beautiful artisan sourdough from Lovingly Artisan Bakery

🥚 Locally sourced eggs The Egg Lady

🧀 Delicious local cheeses and quality ingredients from our trusted suppliers

☕ Great coffee, loose-leaf teas and locally produced honey Organic North

🍰 Homemade cakes, freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches and comforting seasonal specials.

Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee after a countryside walk, we’d love to see you!

🕙 Open Wednesday from 10am
🍳 Breakfast until 12pm
🍽️ Lunch 12–3pm
🐾 Dogs always welcome!

We’ve been thinking about putting together some Christmas gift hampers, celebrating the wonderful food and local businesses we work with.

We’re considering a few different ideas…

🍯 The Barn Breakfast Hamper – artisan bread, local honey, jams, marmalade and other breakfast treats.

🧀 The Foodie’s Hamper – artisan bread, local cheeses, delicious accompaniments and perhaps some of our own Barn-inspired sauces and favourites.

🕯️ The Little Luxury Hamper – beautiful candles, skincare and wellbeing treats from local independent businesses.

🎁 And of course, we already offer Dunham Barn gift vouchers for those who’d prefer to give someone a lovely experience!

These are just ideas at the moment, but we’d love to know…

🎄 A magical festive evening for the whole family! 🎄

This year, we’re bringing you something a little different at The Dunham Barn!

If you love our Breakfast with Santa experience, you’re going to love Twilight with Santa – all the same Christmas magic, but in the evening! 🌟

Designed with slightly older children in mind, it’s a wonderful opportunity to get together as a family and enjoy a lovely, relaxed festive evening.

✨ What can you expect?

🍽️ A delicious festive meal together

🎶 Christmas songs, singing and plenty of festive cheer

🎅 A special visit from Santa himself, who’ll make his way around the tables, chatting to the children and finding out what’s on their Christmas wish lists!

🎁 A little gift from Santa for every child to take home

❤️ All enjoyed in the cosy, festive surroundings of The Dunham Barn.

There’s no rushing through a grotto visit – just a lovely evening spent making Christmas memories, enjoying good food, singing along and sharing the excitement of Christmas together.

As we’ve received so much interest, spaces are limited and to ensure a lovely variety of products we will be working on a first come first serve basis

We’ll then contact selected traders directly by email with full details and booking information.

Our Fish Friday is back this Friday 9th October, serving from 4:30pm–7:30pm.

Freshly cooked fish in our light, crispy batter, always GLUTEN FREE , hangout chips and all the favourites made in house – the perfect easy Friday tea at The Dunham Barn. ❤️

OPEN TOMORROW FROM 10AM 🤍

We’ve had a busy few days at The Dunham Barn, not only in the café but also looking after a number of private functions this week.

One thing that’s really important to us is that our function food is just like the food we serve in the Barn, freshly prepared and made in house.

From sandwiches, salads and buffet food to warming homemade dishes, cakes and bakes, we can put together something to suit the occasion and the number of guests.

We cater for celebration of life ,birthdays, family celebrations, meetings and private functions

We are always happy to chat through what would work best for you.

And for everyone simply fancying a visit…

🎃 We’re keeping pumpkin season simple at The Barn this year…

We might not have a full pumpkin-picking patch, but we do have a lovely little collection of organically grown, weird and wonderful pumpkins and squashes available to buy. 🍂

All different shapes, colours and sizes — perfect for autumn displays, decorating the doorstep or just choosing something a bit different.

They’re available while they last, so pop in, and maybe stay for coffee and cake while you’re here. ☕🍰🍁
