Sometimes, food doesn’t just fill your stomach —
it takes you somewhere.

One sip of that fragrant broth, the freshness of Vietnamese herbs, a squeeze of lime and a little kick of chilli… suddenly, it feels like you’re sitting at a tiny street-side table somewhere in Vietnam. 🇻🇳✨

At Happy Valley Pan-Asian Kitchen, our Vietnamese dishes are prepared by our Vietnamese chef, with the flavours and combinations you’d expect from the food back home.

🍜 Silky rice noodles
🐔 Tender shredded chicken
🥩 Traditional Vietnamese ham
🌿 Fresh aromatic herbs
🌶️ Chilli & fresh lime
🥣 And most importantly — that warming, fragrant broth.

Nothing overly complicated.

🇻🇳有啲餐廳係好味😋，
但有種餐廳係令人一啖返到當地🤩。

唔使飛去咁麻煩🙋🏻‍♀️一餐帶你去越南🇻🇳
🍜熱辣辣嘅湯端上枱，先聞到香草同湯底嘅香氣；夾起一啖滑溜河粉，加啲雞絲、越南扎肉，再落少少辣椒、唧一啖青檸……🌿🌶️🍋

嗰種味道，真係會令人諗起越南街頭一張矮枱、一張膠櫈，同眼前一碗冒住煙嘅河粉。🇻🇳

跑馬地嘅越南菜由 『堅』越南師傅主理，我哋想做嘅唔係將越南菜「英國化」，而係盡量將佢本身應有嘅味道帶俾大家❗️

🍜 河粉要滑
🥣 湯底要香而唔死鹹
🐔 雞絲要嫩
🌿 香草一定要夠新鮮
🌶️ 最後辣椒＋青檸，就係成碗 Pho 嘅靈魂！
