Another supper club complete! This evenings theme of 'w**e with food' was fantastic. Chef Rory Bradburn wowed us all with another beautifully curated fine dining menu using a number of different w**es, both in the food and for pairings. We loved this tempura oyster with a soy gel, nori, sesame and spring onion. It was soooo good! Youre really missing out if youve not been to one of his supper clubs yet. Crayfish and roasted Isle of Wight tomatoes on sourdough has been super popular in this heat! I love the freshness of the crayfish amongst the roasted tomatoes with lashings of herbs and garlic all topped onto our own homemade sourdough. Delish!
