Here at dill, we pride ourselves on our food. All cooked from scratch with imaginative consideration for taste profiles. No packets. Just good cooking. Im back in the kitchen over the next few weeks and i've fallen back in love with even the small things like the effort put into our mackerel pate. Plenty of fresh dill, lemon zest, hand picked mackerel and a dash horseradish... its what makes us us. We're not fast food but we're certainly worth the wait
