PRIDE IN THE GUIDE

Delighted to share that we feature in the latest edition of the Indy Coffee Guide for the North and Midlands. It puts us alongside some of the best independent speciality coffee bars in the country which makes us feel very proud.

With a booming speciality coffee scene right now, we always try to seek out the local independent wherever we go. The guide is the place to start the search and has some great recommendations (don’t just take it from us 😉).

To celebrate we’re giving away ten copies for free to anyone who purchases a bag of our coffee beans. When they’re gone you can bag yourself a free coffee if you buy one.

As the season changes so are our opening hours. Just a small adjustment meaning we’re open an hour later on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday to help us with our mornings and so we can continue to bring you the highest quality stress-free drinks and nosh!

BEAN AND GONE

A bittersweet start to this week as we say farewell to our roaster-in-residence Tilted Coffee who is moving into a new HQ in Nantwich.

It’s been a real privilege to have them under our roof and we’re grateful to have shared great times, great chat and even greater coffee (which we promise to keep sharing with you all)!

But overall we’re super excited to see another independent business grow and we hope you’ll join us in wishing Kris all the best as he takes Tilted Coffee to new heights.

SAME BUT DIFFERENT

Got ourselves a bag of hojicha to play with. If you haven’t been paying attention it’s basically matcha’s calmer and less brash cousin (which makes it our kind of drink!). We’ve got ours from alt-drink experts Blendsmiths 🤎

Made from roasted matcha it brings a comforting deep toasty-chocolatey-biscuity flavour blending perfectly with sweet steamed milk. Works well with plant milks too. Can even be iced.

Off menu at the moment, so you’ll have to ask if you want to try it. If you get a taste for it, we’ll make sure it sticks around.

SPICE SEASON LOADING…

We’re not ones to wish away time here at Home, so you’ll not sniff out any pumpkin aromas here just yet. It’s only just September for crying out loud, let’s try and enjoy the end of the summer 😂🫣

If you’re desperate to spice things up try one of our “sticky chais”. Made with a blend of tea and whole spices and topped with steamed milk it’s a proper cosy cup and been a bit of a sleeper hit over the summer. It’s a Vegan friendly blend so order with an alt-milk if you are so inclined.
