We are back in the kitchen tomorrow and we can’t wait. We have some new dishes on the menu starting with local lamb cooked over coals, lamb sausage, kohlrabi cooked in a barigoule, kohlrabi slaw and our stone baked sourdough, with sticky lamb, lamb fat and garden salad
