Sometimes, you just can't beat the classics!

No fancy flavours, no extras. Just deliciously rich, creamy fudge, made the traditional way in our wee kitchen in Alloa.

Our Just Plain Fudge might have a simple name, but there's plenty of care that goes into making it.

Slowly cooked in small batches and beaten by hand, it's all about getting that texture and flavour just right.

There's something special about traditional Scottish Tablet.

Made right here in our wee kitchen in Alloa, our tablet is cooked slowly in small batches and beaten by hand to give it that deliciously sweet, crumbly texture we all know and love.

It's a process that takes time, patience and a little bit of elbow grease, but we wouldn't have it any other way! 🥰

We're proud to keep the tradition of proper Scottish Tablet making alive, one delicious batch at a time.
