When someone tells us they’ve been making fudge for 55 years, were sceptical about trying ours, and then says it’s the best they’ve ever tasted - that means a lot.
We don’t take feedback like that lightly.
Our fudge is handmade in Scotland, made in small batches and created with the same care and patience that proper fudge deserves.

Hello we’re Ochil Fudge!
We’re a small business based in Alloa Scotland, making handmade fudge and Scottish tablet in our kitchen.
Everything is hand beaten, made in small batches and packed with care - from our fudge bars and gift boxes to tablet, wedding favours and treats for special occasions.
We might be small, but we put a lot of care into everything we do.

That textured finish on our Salted Caramel Fudge? It’s not a mistake.
It comes from the salt we sprinkle over the fudge while it’s still soft and setting.
As the batch cools, some of the salt stays on the surface and creates that slightly textured finish - a natural part of the process that gives this flavour its own unique character.
It’s one of the little details that makes Salted Caramel Fudge feel different.

We’ve been making a fresh batch in the kitchen, and it turns out even our own team are divided on this one.
Some love that sweet, creamy fudge with a little hint of salt. Others have another favourite they’d choose first.

It’s the little details that make the difference.
With our Cherry Bakewell Fudge, the cherry pieces are added during the beating process - but they don’t always naturally spread evenly through the whole tray.
So before the fudge sets, our team carefully check each batch by hand, making sure the cherries are spread properly throughout.
It’s a small extra step, but an important one.
Because if you’re ordering Cherry Bakewell Fudge, we want every bar to have those lovely cherry pieces running through it.
