This kind of feedback warms our cockles on the autumn mornings.

๐ŸHoney from local hives, sea salt, a dash of vanilla made in to a latte, matcha or hot chocolate. Served with cream, caramel sauce and a sprinkle of toffee crackling and cinnamon sugar or try it with jodies_bakehouse crumble.

Fancy exploring our lovely Derbyshire countryside? ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿ

Weโ€™ve mapped out the Morton Opencast Walk โ€” a beautiful 3.5-mile wander through the surrounding countryside, with open fields, peaceful paths and plenty of fresh autumn air.

๐Ÿ‚ Or simply a lovely excuse to wander, chat and catch up with friends.

And the best bit? Start and finish at The Village Bean! Pop in for your favourite coffee before you set off, then reward yourself with another when you get back.

With the fantastic Alpha Gyros heading to Morton Village Hall this evening between 5 and 8pm, and following lots of feedback following the visit of the Fish and Chip truck last week, we will this time be staying open all day.

So if you're heading down later for some delicious Greek food, come and grab a coffee while you wait or a cake for some dessert later!

With an overwhelming 52% of all votes โ€˜The DECA Specialโ€™ will the Cookie Comet!

Chocolate milkshake, cookie syrup, chocolate swirl sauce, cream and cookie crumble.

ยฃ1 from each drink sold will be donated to the Allstar World Fundraiser.

Weโ€™ll be at Derby Extreme ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ from 9am this Saturday serving barista coffee, hot chocolates, milkshakes and matcha.
