Valentines sharing platter

Sharing surf and turf platter - Poached lobster, King scallops, curried, cauliflower, cauliflower purée, and some wagyu cappuccino with a lemon dressing

Wagyu beef fillet, confit shallots, fondant potato’s broc and asparagus, red wine & veal jus and a marrow, truffle roasted garlic butter. :)

Good morning everyone
it’s been such a long time I thought I’d drop you all a quick message to wish you all a very happy New Year

What’s happening with Mia’s Italian???

Over the past months we have been re-designing a business plan to move forward and reopen Mia’s italian; we are currently looking Premises ideally a pub style or restaurant and we will be looking to re-launch in the coming months.

We hope everyone has been keeping themselves safe and well and we cannot wait to start cooking for you again.

The idea is going to be reintroducing the same menu with More emphasis on fish that we will be sourced from Billingsgate on a regular basis.

With everything that’s gone on over the past two years we were/are incredibly grateful for the support and loyalty from our valued customers and we cannot wait to offer you our authentic Italian menu again.

We will be back in touch once we have an update on premises.

Best ribs the sauce out this world can’t wait to try the chili sauce and wings every thing was amazing the chip coleslaw but the ribs were the best highly recommended if you like top Quality food

Good afternoon everybody it's been a long time since I've posted in this page however we would like to formally introduce
wicked Thursdays.

Each week will be offering a small selection of Italian favorites from our previous menu you from our current trailer and menus and offering
A small selection of home made dishes.

Each week they will be different and we are looking to incorporate both the smokehouse and the Italian into wine at some point with a beautiful Fusion.

Those that would like more information please feel free to comment or message me directly I know most of you anyway and it's going to be absolutely epic coming back and cooking for you guys again

Good morning everybody.

So the smoker finally arrived and I would like to see who would be interested in sampling the smoked goodness this week.

We will be serving mixed trays of smoked meats.
Ribs, pulled pork, brisket, burnt ends, wings chips, coleslaw, homemade bourbon BBQ sauce.

Each tray is £15 and we have limited stock available we are looking at doing it for Wednesday day lunch onwards

We are trying to figure out the best way of doing this so we have opted for delivery.

Free catering trailer Revived but we are still looking for a pitch so if anyone has any ideas of any static locations that we could set up that would be really helpful.

For now we are doing the smokehouse style food however Mia's Italian will be bringing you some of your favourite dishes back soon.

Please message me or comment if you are interested and we can put you on the list for a delivery.

Should you be local to me and you can always pop round and collect yourselves.

Who is a lot to figure out out with mobile catering so please be patient with us

Good afternoon

We regret to inform you that unfortunately due to a delivery problem I've not been able to get my smoker delivered today therefore we will have to postpone tomorrow's launch.

Sincere apologies to those that have placed orders and we hope to be up and running mid next week.
