Our pan fried sea bass fillet is served with potato, pea, feta & fine herb salad. Finished with a drizzle of hot honey dressing. The perfect balance of sweet, savoury and a gentle kick.

A true Lighthouse favourite 🍽️
Our crispy duck has been a staple on the menu for years, and for good reason! Crispy, flavour packed Gressingham duck, egg noodles and a rich hoi sin dressing.
Watch the finishing touches come together before it heads out to the table 👌🏻

We have two new additions to our pudding menus!
On our à la carte menu is an iced rhubarb parfait with caramelised white chocolate cremeux, rhubarb & ginger gel. The perfect fresh and light end to your meal!
Followed by a new vegan pudding! Peanut semifreddo with toasted pecan banana bread & caramelised banana. You almost wouldn’t believe this gluten free, dairy free and vegan!
We hope you’ll be saving yourselves to give one of these a try on your next visit 🍬💛

Asparagus season has arrived 🌱
We’re excited to have fresh asparagus from Bruce Kerr in Blaxhall back on our menu. Gently warmed and served with rich parmesan fondue and a drizzle of lemon oil. Simple, seasonal and full of flavour.
It’s also available to buy from just down the road if you would like to enjoy more fresh asparagus at home! Spring on a plate ☀️
