A beautiful John Dory being prepared by Andrew Clarke our in house fishmonger.
Then it’s straight into the kitchen to be cooked and served as one of our specials from the board.
Today it’s being served with saffron arancini, seasonal vegetables and a lobster bisque sauce. 😊

Barn Farm’s passion is growing berries, which they then press and bottle into high quality juice. As their labelling states: Pressed and Bottled at Barn Farm, overlooking the River Stour.
D C Williamson Ltd are third generation family farmers, who started by growing apples before moving into strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, gooseberries and rhubarb.
Barn Farm Drinks began when they purchased a new Clarified & Cloudy Juice Press for cloudy and clear juices in 2017
