Apprentice chef dining experience ✨👩‍🍳

Back in September you met our apprentice chefs Luke and Rian. Well now it is time to introduce the last one of the trio!
Meet Georgia , our newest (and youngest) Apprentice Chef 👩🏻‍🍳

She’s taking on a new challenge as she learns the ropes alongside our chef team.

Georgia’s hospitality journey is just getting started, and we're excited to be part of it, she is already busy getting stuck in, learning from the team and helping to create the delicious dishes you know and love.

Georgia brings much of the atmosphere (and noise) into the kitchen, when she’s working, we all know about it. 🤭
When she's not in the kitchen you'll probably find her walking her springer spaniel puppy, Harlow 🐶 Georgia also recently passed her driving test so they love to explore new places 🚗

We are truly honoured to receive this recognition. It reflects the passion, hard work and dedication of our entire team, from the kitchen to the front of house, who work tirelessly every day to create the experience that makes our pub so special.

Apprentice Chef Dining Experience ✨👩🏻‍🍳👨‍🍳

To carry on with the introduction of the chefs of the night, here is Rian Gisbourne, Commis Chef.

Rian started exactly 5 years ago as a kitchen porter and quickly realised how much he enjoys working in hospitality.
He knows, the path to culinary excellence is paved with hard work, creativity, and a passion for flavour.
He remembers that every chop, every sauce, every perfectly looking dish is a step towards becoming the chef he wants to be. Embraces the lessons, celebrates the successes, and not afraid to make mistakes - they're just part of the recipe for growth.
In his spare time he loves playing golf and enjoys going to car shows. 🏎️🏌️
