We had a routine, unannounced visit from Environmental Health yesterday and are very happy to say we have retained our 5* Food Hygiene Rating - the highest rating you can get. We’ve actually maintained 5* for the last 15 years, which also means we hold an Elite Award 🏆
It’s one of those things that happens very much behind the scenes and takes a huge amount of work every single day. So a big well done to our kitchen team and everyone who plays their part in keeping standards where they should be 👏
