Hi all…. A quick post about The Rustic…
We’ve fought extremely hard demolishing, building back up and renovating this iconic venue in the heart of Airdrie. Our own money, our own hands and real passion.
We opened our doors a mere two weeks ago and it’s been amazing welcoming you all. We’re just two independent guys that work hard between our two venues in Airdrie and for the support from you has giving a feeling of yes, we’re doing something right.
The staff we have work hard, they show respect, they help us build the dream and they are here for you all.
So when I sit with our customers and ask for real feedback, real criticism, real thoughts, any ideas, I’m being genuine and take it all on board. Hence the three menu changes.
I love getting information like that. Even if it’s bad feedback, I fully accept it and can take action there and then.
But for the very tiny minority who say it’s fine then scurry away to their keyboards and try destroy businesses. This message is for you.
We’re new, we’re trying, we’re adapting, we’re listening, we’re surviving but most of all we’re approachable so if you have an issue let us know.
Bad words can destroy small businesses, praise can help build it and more custom means more staff in jobs and more business ideas.
Just have a think - not just for our business - but for any small business who’s trying to make their livelihood work.
