**Part-Time Cafe Assistant Wanted at Sophie's Cafe (Ideal for Students)**

Sophie's Cafe is a busy little cafe, and we’re looking for a friendly, hands-on part-time assistant to join our team. If you have two or three days off during the week and are keen to help out, this could be the perfect fit for you!

**Role:**
- Assisting in the kitchen (mainly washing dishes)
- Keeping the kitchen and cafe clean and tidy
- Serving food to customers

**Hours:**
- Monday to Wednesday
- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This role is available until the end of the year, with a possible chance of continuing into next year. It’s a hands-on position in a bustling cafe, ideal for students with flexible schedules who want to earn some extra money while gaining experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

**Job Type:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

**Role Overview:**
Join our energetic team as a Breakfast Chef at Sophie’s Cafe. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to help us prepare delicious meals and maintain a high standard of service in our bustling cafe.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Kitchen Setup:** Prepare the kitchen for daily operations, including cold and hot food preparation from our breakfast and lunch menu.
- **Food Preparation:** Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard throughout the day.
- **Cleanliness:** Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment, adhering to high cleaning standards.
- **Washing Up:** Responsible for washing up during service, ensuring all crockery and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
- **Closing Duties:** Clean and close down the kitchen at the end of the day.
- **Health and Safety:** Comply with all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Must be reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic about joining our team.

**Start Date:** Immediate

JOB OPPORTUNITY’S AT SOPHIE’S CAFE WEYBRIDGE!

First Job Description:

Sophie’s cafe are looking for a new part time member of the team, in their busy sandwich bar and cafe.
Must be confident, motivated and enthusiastic, as you will be front of house. It is a must, that you are welcoming, have good people skills and happy to interact with the customers.
Duties will include: Making specialty coffees, preparing food, taking orders, using the till and answering the phone, maintaining a clean working environment up to our 5 star health and safety standards, stocking shelves and dealing with daily deliveries and stock control.

Days and Hours: 2-3 days a week (weekday only) 6.30am-3pm.

Experience: Experience in a cafe environment is preferred, but not necessary as we can provide training.

Job Description:

We’re on the look out to fill a role at our busy cafe on a business park in Weybridge.
The job role available is working in the kitchen alongside our breakfast chef.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team. Must be reliable and motivated. A bit of experience is welcome, but not necessary as you will learn on the job.
Full time position. Monday - Friday 9 - 3pm.

Duties:

To set up the kitchen for the preparation of cold and hot food from a varied breakfast and lunch menu.
To work through out the day to make sure all food is prepared to a high standard
To maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, ensuring the premises are always cleaned to the highest standard.
To wash up during service, ensuring all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately.
To clean and close down the kitchen
To ensure all health and safety Regulations are adhered to.

SOPHIE’S CAFE IS OPEN FOR TAKEAWAY 😁

To stay in line with the government guidelines, we will be offering takeaway only until further notice! Unfortunately no one will be able to sit inside the cafe and the conservatory will be closed. To encourage social distancing we will be restricted to 2 customers in the cafe ordering food or collecting at one time. Please remain outside if need be. We advise ordering your food online or over the phone to make your collection much faster and easier. We would hate to close, so hoping this will work for the time being.
Thank you again for all of the support during this time, we have received so much love and hope to continue opening in the safest way possible.
